Associates, Allies and Acquaintences

Evan Cutler is my best friend -- I've known him since high school -- and an incredibly sweet guy. He has the best collection of toys and videos outside of the Fallen Area. I'm the fairy godfather to his son too!

Holly Black is my other best friend and a terrific author in her own right. Check out her first novel, TITHE, a great blend of urban fantasy and faerie. Her website has some terrific resources for writers and librarians.

Theo Black is one of my favorite artists and not only because he can paint & draw most fantastical scenes. He has a weird heart, that is larger on the inside than outside.

Jake AKA Greenmonkey does some wonderful (and oftentimes naughty) work. But be warned, if you don't know what a furry is, you soon will after visiting his site. A lot of the artwork that is on my website was drawn by him.

Jim Gladstone happens to be one of those guys you can never talk to enough. He knows a great deal on so many subjects and always manages to be funny at the same time.

 

Online Books/Zines and Onanism

GLBT Fantasy Fiction Resources offers book reviews, news, and links for fans of fantasy fiction with gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered themes and characters.

The Independent Gay Writer has reviews and articles by, for, and about gay and lesbian books and writers.

Strange Horizons is a terrific online and professional magazine of speculative fiction, poetry, reviews and articles. I have a soft spot for them as I was briefly their Newsletter Editor and they were my first 'professional' level sale.

TLA Books is an online bookseller specializing in gay/lesbian/bisexual titles. They're based in Philly were I was born. I always like to give back to the community.

Suspect Thoughts is home to some subversive writing that is both erotic and disturbing but oh so satisfying. They also have relased some excellent anthologies.

Velvet Mafia is a nifty gay e-zine split between edgy fiction and erotica. You have to just love the name. Some of the stories are very enthralling.
